Alongside mosh-driving peers like Agnostic Front, Cro-Mags, Suicidal Tendencies and D.R.I., Crumbsuckers sat at the forefront of the Eighties hardcore-punk and crossover thrash movement, winning famous fans including Anthrax’s Scott Ian, Municipal Waste’s Tony Foresta and actor Michael Fassbender. Their 1986 debut, Life of Dreams, cemented their place in heavy-music history, packing 16 blistering cuts — and a reported 158 riffs! — into less than 33 ecstatic minutes.
